~OUR POLICIES~

Reservations:

Reservations may be made over the phone (573-535-9392) or online.
We may require a credit card to confirm the reservation.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is 3pm-7pm daily.
A later check-in time may be arranged by phone or email.
If you need to check-in earlier than 3pm, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.  (Sometimes we are unable to provide early-check-ins.) 
Check-out time is 11am daily.
Payment is due at check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash.

Prices:

All prices are based on double occupancy (regardless of how many beds there are).

If there are more than two people in your party, there will be a $6 charge per extra person/night.

The prices do not include tax. Tax will be added to your final bill.

Breakfast

Le Coquerel Bed and Breakfast serves a hearty breakfast each morning. Breakfast is served in the Dining Room from 8am-9:30am. We are happy to accommodate your schedule with an earlier or later breakfast.  Just let us know!
We can also accommodate some special dietary needs with advance notice.

Smoking:

Smoking is allowed outdoors on any of our porches and we provide ash trays for your convenience. We do not allow smoking anywhere inside the building. We charge guests a $100 cleaning fee for smoking indoors.

Minimum Stay:

For the most part we do not have a minimum stay requirement.  However, a few dates throughout the year may have a minimum stay requirement due to events in the area.  (These dates are usually Memorial Day weekend, the second weekend in July, the second weekend in August, and October.)

Children:

We accept children 10 years and older. Our facility is not necessarily child-safe for younger children.  If you have a special situation and would like to bring a younger child, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.  Please note that children may not eat candy in the house or bring in outside food or drink.  (Adults are welcome to bring in food and drink for themselves.)

Extra Person

Most of our suites will accommodate one or two extra people. There is an additional fee of $6 per extra person per night.

Pet Policy

In general, we do not accept pets.  If you have a special situation, please call or email us and we'll see if we can accommodate your pet.

 

Standard Cancellation Policy:

If a customer cancels less than 7 days prior to the date of check-in, the customer may be charged for each reserved night and room that Le Coquerel cannot re-book. We will make every effort to re-book the room so the customer can avoid this charge.

Our cancellation policy may change from time to time. Typically, our cancellation policy will only change for special promotions, holidays weekends, or other special events.
